OEM & ODM Denim Manufacturer

Bring a defined design or start with a reference. Both paths lead to a sample for your review before production.

OEM / Defined design

You have the specifications

You provide
A tech pack, design specification or physical sample, plus your estimated quantity. Include measurements and material details if available.
LAIDN evaluates
We evaluate the tech pack or sample for construction, fabric, wash, trims and the details needed for custom sample making. If product details are incomplete, we can coordinate further tech pack development before sampling.

The sample is reviewed against your design and agreed specifications.

ODM / Reference-led development

You have a reference or idea

You provide
A reference image, sample reference or product idea, plus your estimated quantity and any known preferences.
LAIDN evaluates
The visible style, construction, fabric and wash direction. We discuss missing measurements and material details before sample development.

Reference-photo or sample-based development starts the discussion; the physical sample confirms the product details.

Not sure which path fits? Send what you have. You do not need a complete tech pack for an initial discussion.

Two starting points. One approval process.

The sample and order details must be confirmed before bulk manufacturing begins.

  1. Review & quotation

We review your reference, construction, fabric, wash, quantity and customization needs, then prepare an estimated quotation and flag open questions.

  2. Sample development

Once the core product details are clear, custom sample making begins and a physical sample is prepared for review.

  3. Sample confirmation

Review the sample's fit, measurements, construction, fabric, wash and trims with our team. Confirm the sample and order details before approving production.

  4. Production, review & packing

Bulk production starts after sample approval and order confirmation. Workmanship, measurements and packing details are reviewed, with shipment arrangements prepared for the order.

Sample Making & Shipment

Approx. 15–20 working days

This conservative international planning reference covers sample making and dispatch. It is not a guaranteed customer arrival time.

Factory sample-making reference: standard styles approx. 5–7 working days; more complex styles approx. 7–15 working days.

Sample-making timing depends on product complexity, fabric availability, wash requirements, trims and customization requirements. Share your measurement requirements and intended fit for review.
